Bowerley Apartments are a group of newly converted luxury properties situated in the grounds of the beautiful Bowerley Country House. They were formed from a building dating from when the property was used as a hotel and benefit from the very high specification used in its construction. Each apartment has a private entrance and the two at higher level are fitted with door intercom systems.The bay windows giving glorious views over the Ribble Valley and the new extension, both of which are constructed in traditional Yorkshire stone, match and in many ways exceed that quality.

All the apartments have three bedrooms and at least two bathrooms, each master bedroom served by an en-suite bathroom. All are fully centrally heated and equipped to a high standard with new kitchens and fully integrated appliances. Dishwashers and washer-dryers are fitted as standard. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated in a co-ordinated range of natural shades. 

The Bowerley and its three acres of gardens and grounds stand on the edge of the picturesque village of Langcliffe and only one mile from the centre of the thriving market town of Settle. Within the grounds are lots of mature trees, open lawns, shady  sitting places, barbecue areas and a grassy hillside. A small orchard is planned and the walled Victorian vegetable garden is being restored. 

Steam trains run regularly throughout the year and can be viewed on the Settle-Carlisle railway at the bottom of the hill conjuring up a feel for the era of the house's origins and with it an altogether different pace of living.
