The
Apartments are privately owned and operated and great
care and attention to detail has been given to their recent restoration.
The
Apartments are all of a similar size each with three bedrooms
They
can accommodate between 5 and 7 guests. All are fully
equipped with modern appliances and have recently been completely
refurbished and redecorated to a high standard. High specification
sound and thermal insulation together with double-glazing and
full central heating make the apartments ideal for year round
holidays. Areas of the Bowerley gardens and grounds are available
for guests to enjoy and an extensive barbeque area is now available.
Standard
equipment includes dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave,
coffee-make and gas hob and electric oven. Colour TV in lounge
and some bedrooms. Video plays to all sets. CD/Tape player and
radio is available to all. A combination boiler
provides unlimited hot water and fires the gas-fired central
heating systems.
The
apartments are all fitted with a security alarm system, smoke
detectors and have two allocated parking spaces each with extra
space available for visitors.

Carlyle
is one of the "Premier" apartments with a balcony
overlooking the valley. Southwestward facing it receives maximum
benefit from the afternoon and evening sun.
The
lounge is light and warm with a deep square bay window giving
the same super views from the south round to the north.
The
kitchen is fitted to a very high standard with 5 burner hob, double
oven, dishwasher and full range of ancilliary equipment
The main double bedroom
is en-suite to the large house bathroom which has double locking
doors for privacy.
The second double bedroom
has an en-suite shower room for exclusive use
Dryden
(another "Premier" apartment)is on the top floor and
commands wonderful views of the Ribble Valley in a sweeping panorama
from north to west and south. There is only a single flight of
stairs from the private entrance hall as the extra elevation is
provided by the site itself. (An intercom links the front door
of the apartment to the upper hall for added convenience.) The
large lounge with deep square baywindow gives onto a stylish well-equipped
kitchen/dining area with enclosed utility area off.

The
main double bedroom has an arched window giving views onto the
garden and a second window gives added light and airiness.

of the long distance views that can be enjoyed from Dryden.

Elgar
is a spacious, comfortable first floor apartment for up to 6 people.
There is intercom communication from the front door to the lounge
area.
A
separate well-equipped kitchen adjoins the dining area and both
enjoy leafy garden views.
The
main double bedrrom has a large bathroom with bath and full shower-mixer
over. A second double and a single/twin share a further large
bathroom again with bathtub and shower mixer over.
The
peaceful garden views are available from the south-facing windows..........
.......and far raching views over the fields and hills of the
Ribble Valley towards Pen-y-ghent enhance the second two bedrooms.
